Are you murky on your personal direction or what you really want out of life?

Does it feel like everyone has it together except you?

Do you feel the need for change but can’t put your finger on what that means for you?

I get it.

After Covid hit I was lost, stressed, and confused. My life plan had been mapped out until the unexpected happened.

I lost my career, was distanced from my support system, and all the self-development books in the world weren’t helping.

I didn’t know what to do to shake the feeling of pure panic.

It was impacting my mood and personal relationships.

But then I started journaling.

While the act of writing was helpful I found that the easiest and more effective way to start my entries was by asking myself thought-provoking questions.

This helped me identify what was and wasn’t working in my life.

I started at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and I can say without any hesitation that doing this has not only saved my career but vastly improved my life.

I’m more focused, clear, and confident in what I want.

The reflection prompts you will receive from this newsletter are guaranteed to help you gain clarity and make a plan.

If you’ve gone down the typical road of watching TED talks and reading personal development books but haven’t found any lasting impact, you’re not alone.

Real change happens with sustained action over time.

By reflecting and/or journaling about the prompts you’ll receive in this newsletter you will start a habit that will fundamentally change the way you live your life.

We receive so many messages telling us who and what we’re supposed to be, it’s overwhelming.

There is this pressure that we should have it all figured out, but it’s not your fault!

Social media and mainstream media are constantly blasting us with curated lifestyles that cause us to feel like we’re doing everything wrong.

Most people prefer not to dive deep into tough questions. It’s easier to go with the flow.

If you want more than that then this newsletter is for you. I really encourage you to sign up now and start receiving these emails today.

It’s been scientifically proven that reflecting, and even better journaling, using reflective questions invokes mindfulness. This leads to less stress, better health, and greater confidence and clarity.

It’s hard to argue that there is no downside to doing this!

It’s so easy.

All you have to do is sign up with your first name and email above. You’ll start receiving reflection prompts on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Whether you reflect on them on a walk or journal about them (my recommendation) these questions will help you find clarity, one email at a time.

So I’ll end by asking you what you have to lose?

You could keep doing what you’re doing or you can decide to make a change by signing up for this newsletter.

Don’t miss another reflection prompt.

Jacqueline

P.S. When you sign up you’ll receive our From Chaos to Clarity Workbook. I like to suggest starting a journal with your answers as a great way to go back and review your thoughts.

P.P.S. I have no interest in spamming anyone. I only want a curated community of folks who are ready to make a change in their lives. If that’s you then I’m excited for you to join us!
